Website services and social network are operated by CFSF, Carion Fenn, and volunteers. By the accessing or using our websites; by posting content you (the user) signifies that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the terms of use.  We reserve the right at our sole discretion to change, modify, add or delete portions of these terms of use at anytime without notice and will indicate the date these terms were last revised. Your continued use of our services and sites after changes indicate your acceptance of the new terms of use. The CFSF, Carion Fenn & websites are not responsible or liable in any manner for any User Content posted or caused by users of the sites, CFSF, Carion Fenn, volunteers or third parties sites. We do not control and are not responsible for what users post, transmit or share on the Site and are not responsible for any offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful or otherwise objectionable content you may encounter on the Site or in connection with any User Content or Third Party Applications, Software or Content. Stories: Stories found on www.syringomyelia.ca are of those living with SM and are written and produced by each person living with SM. www.smawarenss.ca or www.syringomyelia.ning.com are written and posted by each profile account holder. We take no legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of each individual story provided to us or posted by profile users. We do not edit or change any content of stories provided to us or posted by those living with SM for the purpose of authenticity of each person’s personal account of living with SM.
